Refunds & Returns – If you find that any products that you have are defective, please make sure to contact us via phone or email (contact details on contact us.)

We aim to deal with any queries on this matter promptly. If the item is defective please provide suitable evidence and email us a copy of packaging payment and we will refund this to you.

We advise that you carefully read and check the items that you are ordering as we do not offer exchanges. We will be happy to offer a refund up to 30 days from the date of order confirmation.
